Hello blessed people!
I hope you all have had an awesome weekend and are ready to face the week ahead! I certainly had; I attended both the Subang Morning Celebration and UFO! Double goodness and double motivation for the week! By the way, if you haven’t check out UFO yet, I really encourage you to. It’s awesome!
Of course, any awesome weekend does not start without PG! Last week, we met at Secret Recipe where we celebrated Cindy’s birthday! Cindy, I hope you had an enjoyable time then. Also, I hope all who came enjoyed themselves immensely too: Jay Yeoh, Steven Tong, Katherine Tan, Michelle Chia, Cindy Siew, Daniel Tan, Catherine Ting, Jason Wong, Adrian Yong, Jacelyn Choong and a special cameo by… Ang Peng Hoe! Thank you all for coming and making this PG great! It couldn’t have happened without you!
Speaking of special appearances, welcome Steven to KLCC PG! It was great to meet you and I am glad you decided to come! It wouldn’t have been as nice without you! I hope you enjoyed yourself and had a relaxing and refreshing time with us. I look forward to seeing you again soon!
Although we didn’t had time to share testimonies, it’s always good to hear what God has been up to in all our lives! So please feel free to post your testimonies through this mailing list so that we can all share in your happiness! Not only that, but also please share with us your prayer needs for the coming weeks ahead. Let’s keep each other in prayer and we will see how God can move!

Meetup was fun! Angie and her colleagues were telling me all of them had worked in Penang before,
some continued to become colleagues at their current company which they didn’t even know about. Christy’s Dad is Jimmy’s teacher. Felt like Facebook for while, with the whole who knows who connection thingy.
Alex was sharing a little about their couple meetup the other day with Pr Kenneth. It sounded the married couples had a great time!

We have a vision to see 30 PGs started in different geographical locations by the end of 2008. And it is happening! PG in Phileo just started last week and next week, we will be starting 2 new PGs!… one in MidValley and the other in Sunway! Get the word out to our YWAs, friends and colleagues that work in that area! Fun, Food and Fellowship are coming to them, seasoned with prayer and testimonies!

1st PG for Sunway: July 4th, 2008 (Friday)

Yo peeps!
It’s a brand new week! 5 days for God to work in our lives and transform the lives of our colleagues! God’s heart is for “the ONE” so let’s go all out for “the ONE”! And after a long week of furthering the kingdom of God, what better way to recharge and to refresh ourselves for the weekend than with PG? This week, PG will be held at:

I know, same place again. Well, I’m running a little low on option for places to eat so please, do send me any suggestions you have! I would gladly suggest someplace else if I can find a better spot!
Anyway, this week’s PG is not to be missed as we will be celebrating a very special person’s birthday! That’s right, Cindy’s birthday is here! Let’s come and make this Friday, a very special PG for her.

How was your weekend? I hope you all had a blast! Well, how could it not be when church was on!! Also, PG and Homes were on so triple goodness in 3 days!
Last week’s PG was at our usual spot (Hainan Station) and we welcome Debbie and Lynette for the first time! I hope both of you enjoyed our company as much as we enjoyed yours! The more the merrier and it was certainly merry with Debbie, Lynette, Alwyn, Adrian, Cindy, Jay and Daniel there! It was great meeting up and just sharing lunch and life with all of you!
Speaking of sharing lives, 2 of our PG sisters have a testimony to share! Here they are:
- Cindy – the colleague who is always on her back is being nicer to her now and work is better.
- Jay – she passed her CPA!! Congratulations! And as God always does, He gave her High Distinction in the paper she thought she had failed!
It’s really great to hear how God is truly working in our workplace and our lives. It’s a good reminder that our work isn’t just a way to earn a living, it’s also where God lives and He will bless those who seek Him always. As we continue to seek Him, let’s also keep our brothers and sisters in Christ in prayer. Prayer request for the week are:
- Cindy – for wisdom and favour in learning all that she needs to learn for her job.
- Daniel – that his wife, Judy, will have the strength to teach well in her new job in a kindergarten near his house.
- Jay – her brother, Travis, for favour as he does his job hunting.
Prayer is a powerful tool; it can move mountains that our hands can not. So let’s continue to keep each other in prayer!
